Trading conditions

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
1. General:
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on the Germany-based webshop SnusDiscount.
2. Conclusion of agreement:
A binding purchase agreement is only concluded when we have confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from us via e-mail.
3. Prices:
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any taxes, which may vary from country to country. The prices are daily prices, and we reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice.
4. Payment:
SnusDiscount accepts payment with the payment cards and payment methods specified on the website. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.
5. Delivery:
We deliver to all of Denmark. The delivery time for your goods will be specified in more detail in the ordering process and depends on which shipping method you choose.
Orders made before 12.00 (noon) on weekdays, will be packed the same day. Orders made after 12 will be packed first next weekday. The average delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 2-5 working days.
In addition, all packages are sent from our warehouse in Germany.
Please note that certain products on this website may be subject to tax in your country.
Since we, as the seller of this product, are an EU-based company that is not registered to settle stamp duty in Denmark, we are not obliged to report your order to the Danish authorities. We are also not obliged to assess whether a given product is liable to tax.
Because we do not report sales, or share your information with the Danish authorities, it is solely your responsibility to report potentially taxable products in this shipment.
6. Right of withdrawal:
You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
7. Right of complaint:
When you shop with us, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
8. Data protection:
In order to enter into an agreement with us at SnusDiscount, we need the following information: Name, address, phone number. and e-mail address. We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
9. Cookies:
By using SnusDiscount, you accept our use of cookies. A cookie is a small data file that we place on your computer in order to keep track of what happens during your visit and to be able to recognize the computer.
10. Changes:
We reserve the right to change the trading conditions from time to time. In the event of changes, the new conditions will apply to orders placed after the changes come into force.
11. Disputes:
Any dispute between SnusDiscount and the customer is attempted to be resolved amicably.
12. Age restriction:
To shop at SnusDiscount, you must be at least 18 years old. We take age restrictions very seriously and reserve the right to request proof of age for any purchase. By accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Selling snus to people under 18 is illegal, and we will actively prevent such sales in accordance with Danish legislation.

14. Package error or order error
If you experience an error in the packaging of your order or something else, we ask you to document the error with pictures and contact us the same day you receive the package. Here we will also ask you to save the packaging until the matter is resolved, as we cannot resolve the matter otherwise.
